注

国际化这里的新增, 并不是字面意思的.

这里指的是: 如果注册的语言并不存在, 则新增语言, 如果存在, 则合并语言文案.

如果你需要占位符, 可以写为:

调用时只需要按照 Error 错误返回中的示例, 传入占位符参数即可.
